- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Literally 1-star hated it. Closed our accounts there. This bank is a joke that you can't laugh at because your throat is choked with bile and rage. I haven't called this bank once where my hands weren't shaking from the mind-blowing ineptitude. Their ATMs don't release your check for weeks; yes, we used THEIR ATMs, with full assurance that our pay would be released.
