  My daughter lived there for two years while attending UC Davis. Staff and management was great to work with. Parking was sufficient, laundry facilities clean and reasonably priced. And a safe neighborhood.

  Awesome place to live..one of the best apartments in Davis..I lived here only for 9 months,i had to move to out of California otherwise i would have lived here longer..i have 2 kids there ,was no issue for the time i was living there...Leasing Staff are very helpful specially Tiffany and Chrissie....Maintenance was always quick,we have awesome staff there..Ivan is just a superman..haha.. You get more than you pay..free cookies..choclates..snacks..everytime one or other events will happen..make you feel home.. I would recommend for everyone who are looking for nice apartment in Davis,CA. Good Job Cranmanagement,Thankyou for all the help..

  Excellent place to live. Management is very nice, always available and supportive. Amenities include pool, jacuzzi, gym, laundry, study room and parking lot. As for the price, at this point (2017) it is very competitive compared to other places
